From Start to Finish, How is my Day Going to Look?

Finding a wedding photographer can be one of the most difficult things in the wedding planning process.

Figuring out and comparing prices, as well as seeing if you are a good match with their personality can be overwhelming.

On this page I am trying to make that process as easy as possible. Laying out everything you may need, before you make your decision.

Wedding

Packages

  • Investment Price $2,500

    -You choose when you would like me to arrive and leave within the 6 hours.

    -This package includes a 30 minute engagement shoot, at one location with one outfit. Your photos for this session will have a 1-2 week turn around.

    -You will receive sneak peaks 1-3 days after your wedding day via online gallery.

    -Your completed wedding gallery of 600+ images will be delivered 4-12 weeks after your wedding day. Guaranteed!

    -Throughout the planning process you have access to me via phone and email to answer any and all questions.

    -About 1-2 months out from your wedding we will have a zoom call to chat about your timeline and help get that concrete for the day of your wedding!

  • Investment Price $3,100

    -You choose when you would like me to arrive and leave within the 8 hours.

    -This package includes a 60 minute engagement shoot, at two locations with two outfits. Your photos for this session will have a 1-2 week turn around.

    -You will receive sneak peaks 1-3 days after your wedding day via online gallery.

    -Your completed wedding gallery of 800+ images will be delivered 4-12 weeks after your wedding day. Guaranteed!

    -Throughout the planning process you have access to me via phone and email to answer any and all questions.

    -About 1-2 months out from your wedding we will have a zoom call to chat about your timeline and help get that concrete for the day of your wedding!

  • Elopements and Small Ceremonies look different for everyone.

    For Elopements

    • I prefer to have a call right away to chat details, location, etc to find the right package for you.

    • Starting price for Elopements is $1,000 but that can change depending on the location and amount of hours you are looking for etc. This price is geared towards Small Michigan Elopement

    Small Ceremony

    • Depending on location and what you are looking for the price may change, but my starting price for a ceremony of one hour in West Michigan starts at $400.

    • I typically like to hop on a call for these as well so we can get you the most bang for your buck and get all your details sorted right away.

Don’t see a package that works for the time Frame you need, no problem, still reach out via the inquiry form. I am always willing to work with you if you need more or less time then these three options.

Additional

Add-ons

  • A second shooter can be added on to your package price.

    6 Hour- $300

    8 Hour- $400

    This price covers their travel, as well as their time working.

  • If an event is 30 miles outside of Holland, I charge $0.50 per mile outside of the 30 miles.

    If an event is further then 3.5 hours away from Holland, the gas mileage as well as hotel lodging may also apply.

    This will be discussed in our initial meeting, after knowing where your wedding is taking place.

  • If you decide after you have already booked your wedding for 6 hours or maybe 8 hours, that you want more time, that is no big deal.

    For every Hour added there is a flat Rate of $375 per hour. Payment will also be added for the second shooter if it applies.

    More time can always be added but once a contract is signed you cannot take away any hours, only add.

Booking your Wedding with Rouwhorst Photography

You find yourself here on my website wanting to book what do you do and what does the process look like?

1st- You will check out all the details here on this page. Pick your package and have an idea of what you are looking for!

2nd- Once you know what you want, you will head to the inquiry form that is specific for wedding inquires found below on this page.

3rd- You will inquire, and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours or less.

4th- I will reply to you via email with a survey asking some basic questions about your wedding day, as well as set up a time for a Zoom call to chat.

5th- We will have our Zoom call to chat, get to know each other more, and to answer any and all your questions.

6th-After the Zoom Call, it is now your time to decide if this is the Investment you want to make for your wedding day!

7th- If you don’t want to book, or found a different option, no Biggie. all I ask is you please let me know!

8th- YOU WANT TO BOOK! YAY! You let me know, and we will then set up a contract and your engagement shoot. Your $500 deposit is due after booking!

9th- Once the contract is signed, the engagement session is booked, and deposit is paid you are all set until your big day!

10th- YOUR READY TO GO FOR THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE!
